General information & booking conditions

• The SNOWELL online booking system only allows you to book your winter sport rental equipment, excl. accommodation or travel arrangements. These offers can be arranged with our accommodation suppliers, which are presented on our website or with the cooperating tour operators and accommodation agents
• The vouchers for equipment hire will only be available within the customer-login after payment of the full amount has been received by credit card or transferred to the within the booking mentioned bank account of SNOWELL.
• The hire fee has to be paid within the next days in case of payment by bank transfer. Only then SNOWELL can guarantee, that the hire vouchers will be available in time within your personal customer-login-area.
  
  PLEASE NOTE: We kindly ask you for your understanding, that in case of
  short-term bookings [up to 7 days before the collection of the rental equipment]
  the hire fee can only be paid by the following methods of payment:
  
  * credit card [VISA, MASTERCARD]
  * Giropay [only for customers from Germany]
  * Elektronisches Lastschriftverfahren - ELV [only for customers from Germany]
  * iDEAL [only for customers from the Netherlands]
  * PostFinance Card and PostFinance E-Finance [only for customers from Switzerland]
